Aeronix Technologies Group is a dynamic and rapidly growing defense-focused organization specializing in Mission Systems, C5 and EMSO.
As we continue to expand our company and enhance our capabilities, we are seeking an entry level cost accountant for our Aeronix, Inc entity.
Aeronix is seeking an entry level cost accountant to support both the accounting and contracts functions.
This will not be a strictly traditional cost accounting role, as it incorporates aspects of finance and contracts as well.
Specific activities are listed below, but there is plenty of opportunity to branch out beyond these activities as you grow at Aeronix.
What you will be doing:
Daily cash receipt entries
Generate/send invoices
Payroll Entries
Create receiving reports and invoices in WAWF for shipments
Monthly account reconciliations
Proposal support for Program Managers
Mid month cost & invoicing research
Contract Data Entry to ERP
Contract Data/Records Entry to SharePoint
Maintain Contracts Records used for Compliance/Reporting
Completion of Supplier Certifications
Maintain supplier portal registrations and monitor portal activity
Requirements:
US Citizen.
Organized and driven.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting or equivalent experience.
Highly proficient in MS office (word, outlook, PowerPoint, excel, project).
Experience with ERP platforms a plus.
Salary:
$50,000 - $75,000
