Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) is seeking a Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst (Level 2) or Principal Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) to join our team of incredible cost analyst.
This position will be located on site in Melbourne, FL.

Candidate will have a combination of the following, but not limited to, responsibilities: Cost Management activities including a focus on Program Control, Material Cost Management, Labor Planning/Scheduling and/or Financial processes and tools.
Will be integral part of diverse and inclusive team with high levels of engagement and collaboration with other Business Management and IPT functional members Cost and Schedule baselining, planning, EAC forecasting and effective performance management metrics Possess the ability to prepare and provide weekly/monthly analytical reports to support cost variance/trend analysis Monthly financial forecasting, AOP/LRSP planning, and R&O management Support audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and company management Maintain and update cost control systems (eg.
SAP and COBRA) Demonstrate a broad skill set that is balanced across interpersonal, business, and cost analysis based capabilities; a commitment to ethics and integrity; and the capability to innovate in a challenging and dynamic environment This position may be filled as either a Level 2 Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst or Level 3 Principal Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst.
Basic Qualifications for Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst (Level 2): Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in Finance, Cost Management, Pricing & Estimating, Business Management, Global Supply Chain, Accounting, and/or Budgeting experience, OR a Master’s degree with stated experience Ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance and program access prior to starting at NG Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access Basic Qualifications for Principal Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3): Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in Finance, Cost Management, Pricing & Estimating, Business Management, Global Supply Chain, Accounting, and/or Budgeting experience, OR a Master’s degree with 3 years of stated experience Ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance and program access prior to starting at NG Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management) in Government Contracting Preferred Qualifications: Team player, independent, proactive, and possess excellent problem solving, oral and written communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of FARS and DFARS Dynamic self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to function independently Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic program and business area leadership team Strong customer orientation and relationship building abilities Experience with SAP and MPM &/or COBRA Strong problem solving and analytical skills; ability to make recommendations and provide guidance to effectively drive projects to completion Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple activities concurrently, able to quickly adapt to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid changes Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to use them in informing and presenting to all levels of management We offer excellent learning opportunities, exposure to a wide variety of projects and customers, and a very friendly team environment.

Salary Range: $62,200 - $93,400 Salary Range 2: $76,600 - $115,000 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
