Northrop Grumman is seeking an Assoc.
Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst.
This position will be located at our Aeronautics Systems sector in Melbourne, FL.
The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Business Management Organization.
Roles and Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Sets up cost control system, monitors and controls costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system.
Performs analyses and prepares reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines.
Prepares budgets and schedules for contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis.
Prepares program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled.
Performs schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks.
Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government.
Incorporates contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines.

Be completing or has completed their bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Be majoring in or having majored in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other business-related degree.
Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.

Be able to obtain and maintain a U.

Pay Range

Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst Salary: $50,100.
00 to $75,100.

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
