We are looking for office staff for our growing Tree Service Company
Position Objective:
Process payroll, general bookkeeping functions, office admin.
, and receptionist functions.
Essential Job Functions:
-Process payrolls
-Assist with bank reconciliations, deposits, ledger entries, office filing.
-QuickBooks work.
-Track and manage all assets for financial reporting purposes.
-Assist with development and implementation of additional policies and procedures.
-Assist with answering phones.
-Invoicing customers
-Answering Emails
-And other office related duties.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
One year experience as bookkeeper/payroll clerk.
Proficient in QuickBooks; MS Office Suite (to include Excel); general bookkeeping standards and practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work without supervision.
Ability to produce accurate work.
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week -Monday through Friday 7AM-4PM (Weekends once a month with extra pay)
