We are seeking to hire an accountant to process the day to day financial tasks for multiple clients.
To do well in this role you should have previous experience as an accountant and have used QuickBooks Online.
We are seeking to hire an accounting professional to add to our team of dedicated small-business accountants.
Our firm serves as “out-of-house” accountants/bookkeepers for a variety of construction, home-service, and medical companies, working closely with their staff to provide precise, timely, and transparent accounting services.
We pride ourselves on meeting deadlines without errors so that our clients can run their businesses confidently.
*Accountant Responsibilities* * AP/AR * Bank and CC account management and reconciliation * Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
* Reconcile sales taxes, payroll taxes, 401k, and bank / loan / credit card accounts at the end of each month.
* Process payroll.
* Monitor financial transactions and reports.
* Understand ledgers.
* Work with an accounting team.
* Coordinate with tax accountants.
*Accountant Requirements* * Experience with QuickBooks Online.
* At least 2 years of accounting experience, preferably within a business-services environment, but this could also be as an in-house accountant or bookkeeper.
* Associate/bachelor's degree in accounting preferred.
Mandatory High school diploma with relevant work experience.
* Excellent knowledge of general accounting principles.
* Use of Microsoft Office * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Attention to detail and accuracy of work.
* Able to prepare, review, understand and interpret a financial statement.
